Hello Judith,

I have just been watching your videos and I found them so helpful. Thank you so much. I consider myself to be intuitive and I am a counsellor and therefore listen to a lot of peoples problems. It has never really clicked with me that I may be losing energy and explains an awful lot ot me. I resonate with the eating pattern too.  I find myself eating and this is something that I am will now try to address. I have often thought that it would be good to encorporate some meditation into my day and your videos have confirmed this for me. I was also interested in what you had to say about dreams. I also feel that dreams are our source of wisdom and can be a way of our unconscious telling us what is going on. I recently told someone that I have had several dreams about torture (I was reluctant to tell anyone in case they thought I was a bit weird) but I sat and thought about it and wondered if sometimes it is about the pain I see in peoples lives and taking my energy back is a way of dealing with this, so thank you so much.
