I see you like cello music and are a member of IONS. Next weekend I'll be giving a "spiritual alchemist" workshop for IONS members in Albuquerque, NM. Out of that workshop came my latest book, ""The Spiritual Alchemist: Working with the Voice of Your Soul" (see www.thespiritualalchemist.com), giving people the tools they need to be able to hear the voice of their unique soul.

You mention moving from duality to oneness. In the book I use the gnostic approach of self-knowledge through balancing opposites--a constantly shifting individual oneness based on genuine self-knowledge. I believe that our spiritual development depends greatly on our emotional development, which in turn depends on joyful and fearless self-knowledge.

Interestingly, just a few days ago I was reading a book from the early 1990s (I think) on the centennarians in Vilcabamba. I spent two weeks in the Andes, in Peru, years ago, when tourism wasn't what it is now, so I can imagine how beautiful Vilcabamba must be.
