Dear Women of Soulful Living this is an opportunity to help other women heal and write their stories. I am involved and submitted to this writing and healing collection. All you have to do is submit to be included in an upcoming new release for WOMEN.(if the author accepts your submission) I am posting this opportunity here. This is what it says:
Good Afternoon,
Over the past few weeks I have had some very serious conversations with 3 women, who have struggled through various issues. Some of those situations have included difficulty in their relationships, suicide, parenting issues, the pain of being single, and even smaller issues like struggling with a budget and having difficulty keeping up with household chores. The feeling that I received from each of them, was that they felt so very alone in the world because of how they had been impacted by these situations. It got me to thinking about the various stories of women and how we as women need to be able to hear the stories of women.
To that effect, I am crafting a new book and I could use your assistance. I need help obtaining volunteers to write letters. I am looking for women who are willing to share their very intimate secrets with other women through the venue of a letter. Here is what the letter would need to be:
1. Letter can be any length.
2. Letters must be anonymous, with a made up name, though the experience should be real. The goal is to have women speak about what is impacting them most in their lives, and write it in a letter as if they were speaking to their dearest friend.
3. Letters can address any subject matter, just no pornography.
4. Writers will not be compensated, but their stories could be very beneficial to other women.
I do have additional criterion but I wanted to find out from each of you if you would be willing to help me spread the word?
Once I have enough letters, I am going to craft them into a journal for women. It will be close to the format I used for “The Wailing Song” but it will allow women the space to think through the letters they have read while requiring that they participate with the writer on a deeper level.
I request that letters be sent to contact@rhondarichmond.net with the subject line, Letters to a Friend, or they can be put right into the contact form located on the website at http://rhondarichmond.net under Contact Forms, subject line Letters to a Friend.
Thanks,
Rhonda Richmond

It is not only in war, however, that we fight for freedom. One fights for freedom in personal contacts and in many phases of civilian life. At all times, day by day, we have to continue fighting for freedom of religion, freedom of speech, and freedom from want, for all these things that must be gained in peace as well as in war.
