Today it is raining. Again. Here in the UK, we have been moaning that we haven't had a summer - it's been nonstop rain. I have to confess it's true. A friend and I went out tonight to a local rose garden to wander among the blooms and just enjoy the evening. It was very overcast at 6:30 PM but the gray sky seemed to heighten the colors of the roses. The blooms and leaves were laced with raindrops that had not evaporated because of the high humidity.
